No. Prayerfully is an independent app, built and run separately from apps with similar names such as Prayerful or Prayfully. Prayerfully is a guided daily prayer companion at prayerfully.app: a short session of scripture, reflection, and a personal prayer, with a free morning prayer for everyone. If you were recommended Prayerfully specifically, prayerfully.app is the right place.
Is Prayerfully free?
Yes. Morning prayer is free for everyone, with no payment needed. Premium is optional and adds lunchtime and evening sessions, session replays, and your full scripture library.
How much does Premium cost?
Premium is 5.99 pounds a month or 49 pounds a year. New members can try Premium free for 7 days with no card needed - if you do nothing, the trial simply ends and you are never charged. Add a card during the trial only if you choose to continue.
How is Prayerfully different from other prayer apps?
Many prayer apps are large libraries of pre-recorded audio to browse. Prayerfully is guided and personal instead: a short, structured session that responds to what you are actually carrying that day, built to make praying daily feel easy rather than overwhelming.
What happens in a prayer session?
You read a short scripture, sit with a reflection that draws out its meaning, share whatever is on your heart, and close with a prayer shaped for that moment. A session usually takes just a few minutes.
Is Prayerfully Catholic or Protestant?
Prayerfully is for Christians across traditions. The reflections and prayers are Christ-centred and scripture-rooted rather than tied to one denomination, so Catholic, Protestant, and other Christian users can all pray with it.
Which Bible translation does Prayerfully use?
Scripture is drawn from the World English Bible, a faithful, readable, public-domain translation.
Is my prayer data private?
Yes. Your reflections and prayer intentions are encrypted, and prayer is kept a private space rather than a social feed. We do not sell your data or turn your prayers into content.
Do I need to download anything?
No. Prayerfully runs in your web browser at prayerfully.app, on your phone or computer, so you can start praying straight away without an app store download.
